The Quest of 'Soul Searching'...

Ok..ok... I admit that I don't know myself well.

When I was in my primary 6, the last year of my primary education, and back then, exchanging so called book of commemorate (you know, those book where you list down your details that you want ppl to remember you better, and then end it with a well wish to the owner of the book?) was definately the IN thing to do. So, everytime it was really a pain in the ass to receive a request and to put in details like favourite colour, food, movie, actor, bla bla...etc. I still remember flipping thru pages written by others frantically and try very hard to produce something, to the extend that to 'adopt' people's liking as mine, so that I could complete filling up the details, like others. Everytime it's more of a task than a pleasurable process to me. A commemorative way to end my primary life, hmmp!

The fact is, i don't have anything that i would love/hate so much that it's obvious to myself or others (but now I can't help to recall the the sight of an almost 4 feet high fading-pink teddy bear, carried around in the airport terminal by an adult indonesian girl - with height similar to the bear!! Ewww!). I can't help to wonder am I just being mysterious, or trying to be Miss All-Nice OR I'm simply a person without personality! Ms. No-personality is so un-cool, so i gotto do something about it!

So, my current resolution-of-Independance Day would be: to find out what I like and dislike...in the most obvious manner, of course. Let see...

1) Type of Favourite Vacation: Beach vacation!
Lazing under sun (not afraid of tan), gazing towards the sea, having the right to wear swimsuite & flipflops for the most of the day, hotel room with seaview... been my favourite. I keep wondering is that all i like about beach vacation?
How about the posibility of coupling up with cute guy on the first or second day on the beach vacation, and turn into a romantic getaway instead...say, moonlight dinner which leads to 'maybe-more' on the beach... he he he
(I know i know, here i go again!)

2) My favourite shape: RECTANGULAR
Why? Looking at the many hours spent in front of my TV and my laptop, also my car windshield (close enough to be rectangular) when I'm constantly moving around, this is quite obvious isn't it?

Two done and many more to go...stay tuned!

Happy Independance Day, Malaysia! I miss all the creative TV ads on Malaysia by all those big corps for the past Independance Days. This 51st is a quiet one, sadly.
